Messages must be simple text (color, style, links, etc are ok — no HTML code). While there is not a word limit, e-blasts of 600 words or less will be more effective. You may include one or two photos or graphics. IIJ staff will not format or edit e-blasts — they must be formatted for email before sending to us. Content should be sent in the body of an email or as a Word or Google Doc to info@theiij.com at least three business days prior to the desired mailing date.
$500 For-profit businesses and government
$300 Large nonprofits and universities
$100 Small nonprofits or job posting, award, fellowship, or workshop announcement
Please note: the IIJ cannot schedule your e-blast until the invoice is paid in full. We cannot guarantee your e-blast will go out on your desired date (scheduling is first-come, first-served), but will make every effort to honor your request.
